By downloading, accessing, or using Korean Frenzy (the “App”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Educational Use Notice
Korean Frenzy is a Korean (Hangul) learning app designed for educational purposes through interactive gameplay and practice.
The App content is provided for learning purposes only.
Information and Privacy
Your use of the App is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
Data Stored on Your Device
The App may store content locally on your device for functionality, such as:
- learning progress
- game progress
- preferences
- onboarding status
This data is not automatically uploaded unless a feature requires it.
In-App Purchases
- Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- A third-party subscription management service may validate purchase status.
- We do not receive or store payment card details.
Acceptable Use
You must not misuse the App, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer, scrape content, or interfere with operation.
Licence Grant and Ownership
The App and all related content, including text, lessons, game content, graphics, audio, and software, are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws.
The App is licensed, not sold, to you.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App for your own personal use.
This licence does not give you ownership of the App or any intellectual property rights in it.
You must not copy, modify, distribute, resell, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the App except where permitted by law.

We aim to provide a reliable and enjoyable learning experience, but we do not guarantee that the App will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the extent permitted by law, the App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Belivio Pty Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights you may have under applicable consumer laws, including the Australian Consumer Law.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
You agree that any disputes arising from or relating to the App or these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia, unless applicable consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
Future Optional Features
- The App currently works without accounts and stores user content locally.
- Optional online features may be introduced in the future.
- These Terms and related policies may be updated before those features apply.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time.
